ICONMA, LLC ServiceNow HRSD Developer in United States

Our Client, a American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

  • Configure and extend HRSD modules:

  • ESC, Case & Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Journey Management, Document Management

  • Design and implement Lifecycle Events (activity sets, dependencies, multi-department orchestration, COE integration) and Journey Management (journey designer, persona-based journeys, triggers, analytics)

  • Develop Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs

  • Build and optimize Flow Designer flows/subflows; migrate legacy workflows

  • Configure notifications, data loads (import sets, transform maps), and integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub)

  • Develop and maintain ATF test suites; support version upgrades (skipped list remediation, customization review)

  • Manage ACLs, roles, user criteria for HR data security

  • Translate HR business requirements into user stories; partner directly with HR COEs

  • Provide ongoing knowledge transfer and documentation

    Requirements:

  • The client requires an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer for flexible, on-demand platform support under a subscription / time-and-materials model.

  • This is not a general platform role — the developer must have deep HRSD experience with proven implementation work in Lifecycle Events and Journey Management.

  • Non-Negotiable (implementation-level depth required): Lifecycle Events, Journey Management

  • Primary (hands-on depth required): Employee Service Center (ESC), Case & Knowledge Management

  • 5+ years ServiceNow development; 3+ years HRSD-specific (not ITSM with light HR exposure)

  • Strong experience with IntegrationHub (preferred) and then Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other HCM systems

  • Demonstrated Lifecycle Events and Journey Management implementation experience

  • Strong JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow

  • Flow Designer + legacy Workflow experience

  • Integration, data import, and upgrade remediation experience

  • Enterprise environment experience

  • Strong HR stakeholder communication skills

  • Client experience / existing client-approved ServiceNow partner
