Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT support and development department supporting contract management and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Enhance and optimize the existing Contract Intake application within ServiceNow to improve usability and data validation.
Develop and update workflows, business rules, and UI policies to support contract approval processes.
Implement and refine integration between ServiceNow and Costpoint using MuleSoft APIs for seamless data exchange.
Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation between ServiceNow and financial systems.
Configure Service Catalog items and notifications related to contract management and approvals.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including workflows, catalog, and scripting (Advanced level).
Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (Advanced level).
Proficiency with JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting (Intermediate level).
Knowledge of ITIL processes such as Request, Change, and Access Management.
Experience with MuleSoft integration and contract management processes (Intermediate level).
