Location: Remote
Pay Range: Fair Market Rate
Must have active Secret Clearance
What's the Job?
Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements.
Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions ensuring security and performance standards.
Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and testing to ensure application stability and functionality.
Create technical documentation and provide training to team members and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
Extensive experience working with ServiceNow platforms and application development.
Certifications including ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Developer.
Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Strong background in data modeling, database development, and ETL processes.
Experience working within agile teams, performing testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
