Vatica Health Senior Technical Product Manager - AI Solutions & Agentic Delivery in United States
We are hiring a Senior TPM to lead execution of AI-driven operational initiatives, specifically:
Agentification of internal Ops workflows
Deployment of Risk Adjustment AI into production
Embedding AI agents directly into regulated healthcare processes
This is a delivery-heavy role. Not strategy. The mandate is to ship stable, production-grade systems.
The role operates in a 3-person pod model and drives execution across Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.
Core Responsibilities
Convert operational workflows into AI-enabled systems
Drive end-to-end delivery from scoped requirements to production
Define quality thresholds and release gates
Ensure monitoring, rollback controls, and human-in-the-loop safeguards
Drive adoption within Ops
Maintain cross-functional alignment

Requirements
Required Experience
6–10+ years Product or Technical Program Management
Proven experience shipping AI-enabled capabilities into production
Healthcare experience required
Architecture-level fluency (can challenge design decisions)
Experience embedding systems into real workflows

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $110,000 to $120,000 (annualized USD). However, this estimate represents just one aspect of our total compensation package offered.
