ICONMA, LLC Senior Process Analyst in United States
Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Process Analyst for their Richmond, VA location. Responsibilities:
Support the team with designing, developing, and managing plans in a complex, dynamic environment
Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
Understanding customers’ needs of the process and driving process improvements
Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams
Keep the process and team well managed by documenting evidence of key process steps and keeping process documentation up to date
Keep process stakeholders informed of status of process steps
Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Exhibit a track record of process oversight and ownership of suggesting improvements in the process
Demonstrate a reverence for risk management and owning a well managed process
Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
Data and excel
Heavy excel- familiarity with snowflake table, take on some work from DA team to alleviate their workload
Analize data, create formulas, drive data clean ups so they can utilize DA's for clean up
Process background- letter work- reconciliation of weekly customer letters, reviewing letters for accuracy before sign off, leading Jira Board and managing Jira space
No decision making- tactical
Letters are specific to accounts- closing accounts, etc- right customer, dates, branding, provide info by certain dates, time sensitive, Mandated by KYC regulations
Requirements:
Excel and google sheet experience
Create formulas, be able to pull out populations from data quickly
Google suite
Research work to help support control issues and events around rewards and SAP process- victims of crimes- confidential information
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
At least 2 years of experience in Google suite
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of Process Management or Project Management experience
