Our Client, an American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Senior Manager, Learning & Development - AI & Change Leadership for their San Francisco, CA/ Remote location. Responsibilities:
Design and lead a comprehensive AI & Change Leadership learning strategy and program that builds enterprise capability, leadership confidence, and adoption of emerging technologies across Client
Architect and oversee AI and Change Leadership certification pathways and curated learning journeys aligned to enterprise priorities and transformation objectives.
Partner closely with the Office of AI to embed enablement strategies that accelerate AI literacy, responsible adoption, and data-driven decision-making.
Oversee the design, sourcing, and integration of external courses, credentialing frameworks, industry experts, and thought leaders to create a forward-looking AI learning ecosystem.
Establish governance and measurement frameworks to evaluate adoption, leadership behavior shifts, and business impact.
Apply a test-and-learn mindset to assess program effectiveness, leverage analytics and feedback, and continuously refine the AI and Change Leadership learning portfolio.
Champion a culture of experimentation, growth, and adaptive leadership to strengthen resilience during enterprise transformation.
Use modern instructional design and digital-first approaches to create scalable and inclusive learning experiences.
Manage program budgets and vendor partnerships to ensure disciplined financial stewardship and maximum return on investment.
Act as a connector and influencer across teams, aligning AI capability development with broader transformation and speed-to-market priorities.
Requirements:
Strong experience leading enterprise-scale learning, leadership development, or transformation initiatives within complex, fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated expertise translating digital or AI strategy into actionable capability-building programs.
Proven ability to lead in ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
Experience designing certification pathways and curated learning ecosystems.
Strong vendor management, contract management, and budget oversight experience.
Growth-oriented, forward-looking, and energized by building future-ready leadership capability and AI fluency.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, balancing visionary thinking with operational rigor.
