Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Director, Client Operations supporting the ecommerce and marketplace strategy teams. This position ensures that the team operates efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards, both from a delivery and financial perspective. This role supports the cross-functional leadership team by managing the scoping process and managing ways of working to consistently drive best-in-class outputs and service. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Minneapolis or New York office for a hybrid work schedule.

Performance Expectations:
• Partnering with cross-functional leads to develop annual and incremental scopes
• Manage all contractual and billing requirements within the agency’s stipulated
timelines
• Monitor staff allocation, utilization and budgets, flagging changes in scope and or
staffing that affect resourcing and recommend action in partnership with leadership
• Manage scopes and scope process to ensure team is both funded and is tracking
consistently at the agency-required billability threshold(s)
• Identify and support the building of tools to assist related to process (e.g., AI/Marilyn integration, etc…)
• Explore new roles or ways of working to meet client and cross-functional agency
needs
• Develop and manage client and internal communication plans
• Develop and steward relationships with client procurement / Client Procurement
Liaison
• Plan and lead regular client procurement meetings to discuss financial status, etc
• Design and develop solutions to resolve client operational issues
• Work closely with New Business lead on RFI/RFP responses to identify needs or
resources, as well as determining appropriate allocation, budgets and staff recommendations
• Financial reviews/risk mitigation/compliance
• Optimize funding/utilization based on monthly reports
• Review performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement and determine
areas needing improvement
• Work with Client Ops/Procurement to thoroughly know the business
• Participate in Client process changes to share ownership of implementation
• Onboard new team members and Clients
• Identify and deploy training to improve overall productivity (e.g. brief training, media reconciliation training, etc)
• Manage ongoing best practices forums
• Leader of a team; measuring KPIs, coaching and mentoring
SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
• 12+ Years of marketing and or agency operations experience
• Experience in retail commerce is a plus
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable with creating and presenting material for/to a large group
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under
pressure
• Ability to partner with Client Leadership, Project Management, Finance and Client
Procurement
• Ability to lead and drive alignment across teams and seniority levels
• Proactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibility
• Dependability in execution of work and as member of assigned team
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challenges
• Desire to learn all aspects of the assigned client scope of work and tactics

Compensation Range: $129,485- $207,324 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
