Overview
We are seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the architecture, implementation, and management of our on-premises infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure, this role is responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of our server and storage environment. This is a pivotal position offering significant opportunities to learn new technologies and collaborate with a high-performing, fast-paced team supporting multiple critical business operations.

Responsibilities
Work with the team to plan, build, deploy, monitor, maintain and support on-premise server and storage infrastructure to deliver secure, reliable and efficient platform to support business requirements
Respond to escalations to troubleshoot and resolve server and storage issues as required
Document system configurations, process, procedures, changes, issues and knowledge base articles as required
Contribute to technology upgrades, migrations, and improvement projects
Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
Work closely with stakeholders to identify infrastructure requirements
Translate business requirements into effective technology solutions
Qualifications
5+ Years experience in System Administration
Efficient analytical, troubleshooting and remediation skills
Expert-level knowledge with Microsoft HyperV and VMware ESXi
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills (technical and non-technical audience)
Hands-On experience with Dell/EMC Storage Platforms (PowerMax, PowerStore, ECS, Unity)
Hands-On experience with SAN switches: Cisco MDS and/or Brocade
Experience with automation scripting in PowerShell, Bash or Python
Hands-On experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux server Operating Systems
Exposure and interest in Cisco UCS
Exposure and interest in Public Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
