ManpowerGroup Security Engineer in United States
Our client is seeking a Security Engineer to join their team. As a Security Engineer, you will be part of the Incident Response Services team supporting high-volume customer engagements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional soft skills, including managing customer expectations, effective communication, and leadership in crisis situations, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Remote - with some travel
What's the Job?
Lead incident response engagements by coordinating workstreams and analyzing artifacts to ensure seamless customer outcomes.
Manage high-pressure crisis environments, maintaining clear communication with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Document evidence, develop IOC reports, and build a comprehensive knowledge base for ongoing security improvements.
Support proactive security services, leveraging data insights to align security offerings with client operational goals.
Collaborate on creating new proactive service initiatives and enhance service delivery models.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 4+ years in IT Security, with at least 2 years in a consulting or customer-facing role.
Strong soft skills, including crisis communication and managing customer expectations during high-pressure incidents.
Hands-on experience with SIEM (Splunk) and EDR (CrowdStrike) tools for threat hunting and incident analysis.
Experience with incident types such as Business Email Compromise, Active Directory compromise, and vulnerability exploits.
Background in SysAdmin or Network Admin is highly valued to understand secured environments.
