Senior Salesforce Developer – Sales Cloud Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who combines deep, hands-on Salesforce engineering expertise with a solution architect mindset. You will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions—primarily in Sales Cloud—and deliver robust integrations across enterprise systems. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, translate requirements into well-architected technical designs, and execute independently from concept through release. Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions with scalability, security, and maintainability in mind. • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, supporting core CRM objects and sales processes. • Develop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms. • Own technical delivery including design documentation, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support. • Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices using Salesforce DX, CLI, and version control. • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and operate independently. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application lifecycle. • Ability to manage user stories, defects, and tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Strong experience with Sales Cloud implementations. • Expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security and data modeling. • Proven experience with system integrations and APIs. • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and own delivery end-to-end. Preferred Certifications • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. • Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I. • Relevant Salesforce Architecture or Integration certifications. • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer (nice to have). Preferred Additional Qualifications • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Vertex AI). • Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce concepts). Education Bachelor's degree
