Primary Function
We are looking for an experienced Producer/Project Manager to provide support to video and communications teams by assisting with project management and assist in day-to-day production of high-end video messages.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage project and facility scheduling for staff, freelancers and clients using internal software
Project Manager of all Digital Production work (video, graphics, photography)
Manage and monitor scope and alert stakeholders of project risks.
Capacity tracking and project management using tools such as Jira/etc…
Keep Waterfall and timelines updated to track the project phases and utilize other established client production process and documentation to ensure timely delivery
Work closely with department personnel in any aspect of logistical and operational coordination
Work with team leads to prioritize and organize front door requests
Review all deliverables to ensure objectives and requirements are met
Work in the most proactive, creative and professional manner to provide the highest level of service to our clients (other business units within the company)
Assist with studio and location shoots on occasion, travel as needed
Communicate all necessary project information to internal clients, editors, producers, production personnel, graphic designers, producers, engineering and any other involved party
Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about all departmental and client projects, programming and branding
Perform various studio crew positions as necessary such as cameraman, teleprompter, floor manager, and production assistant as needed
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
A clear understanding of the principles of Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processes
Familiarity with project management software like Adobe Workfront is a plus
Performs well under pressure; Well organized and capable of handling multiple assignments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interface effectively with a variety of people including team personnel, clients and vendors to establish productive, ongoing relationships
Ability to work effectively with senior management, production colleagues in a corporate environment
Strong results orientation to deliver seamless and timely services to customers
A positive and proactive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help
Familiar with media and production terminology
Understanding of modern digital video production, equipment and processes
Customer service orientation; Professional presence and superior client relationship skills
Education & Experience
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Video/Film, Film Production or related field is required
4+ years agency and/or video production experience
2+ years office administration, finance, accounting experience or communications role
