Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, developing and improving the production process to manufacture the product efficiently while adhering to the metrics defined by Parker.
Production support through continuous improvement in main activities.
Create/Update work instructions and standard worksheets for manufacturing processes.
Monitor assigned area metrics.
Coordinate engineering evaluations.
Improvement in production processes.
Follow-up to PPAP / Experimental / To Dos.
Maintain route card updates.
Follow-up on rejections and process problems.
Comply with the requirements applicable to our environmental and quality systems.
Promoter of an HPT work culture.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience:1 year of experience in quality / production environments.
English level:Intermediate - Advanced English

Measurement tools
Knowledge of rubber characteristics and processing (Desirable)
Problem resolution (desirable)

Basic knowledge in Minitab.
