Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, developing and improving the production process to manufacture the product efficiently while adhering to the metrics defined by Parker.

  • Production support through continuous improvement in main activities.

  • Create/Update work instructions and standard worksheets for manufacturing processes.

  • Monitor assigned area metrics.

  • Coordinate engineering evaluations.

  • Improvement in production processes.

  • Follow-up to PPAP / Experimental / To Dos.

  • Maintain route card updates.

  • Follow-up on rejections and process problems.

  • Comply with the requirements applicable to our environmental and quality systems.

  • Promoter of an HPT work culture.

    Education:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.

    Experience:1 year of experience in quality / production environments.

English level:Intermediate - Advanced English

  • AutoCAD

  • Measurement tools

  • Knowledge of rubber characteristics and processing (Desirable)

  • Problem resolution (desirable)

  • Compression molding (Desirable)

  • Rubber extrusion (Desirable)

  • Basic knowledge in Minitab.
