This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.
How You Will Make an Impact
As a Process Engineer Intern, you will play a key role in supporting a rapidly growing manufacturing organization. In this highly visible individual contributor role, you will focus on process improvement, equipment reliability, and production optimization—all while ensuring safety and quality remain top priorities.
This internship is designed for students entering their Junior or Senior year. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity after graduation, depending on business needs. Students who already have post-graduation plans should not expect an immediate offer but may be considered for a delayed‑start arrangement if compatible with their future employer.
Responsibilities
Support the Operations Team with projects, scheduling, data analysis, and other assigned tasks
Gain hands-on exposure to remote process operations across two manufacturing facilities
Assist with the creation, revision, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines
Initiate, support, and execute process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and performance
Minimum Qualifications
Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a B.S. in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Start date: June 1st – August 7th
