Full time schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or an equivalent
Ability to pass pre-employment screening and drug test
Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Prior clerical/customer service experience
Pharmacy Technician experience
Summary
As a Pharmacy Technician Services Associate, you will support our client’s customers as their first point of contact. You will answer questions about their accounts and help resolve issues while providing exceptional customer service.
What you will be doing :
Provides first call resolution for state eligibility programs via telephone (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP)
Enters client data into the system.
Assists clients with understanding their rights and responsibilities related to appeals.
Verify eligibility and summarize case activity.
Works daily from assigned queues and incoming documents
Completes all corrective actions requiring second-party review

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
