Job Summary
As a Payroll Specialist, you will join an established team to manage your own set of location financials. On a daily basis, you will record all financial transactions, including cash payments, into the correct general ledger and verify that they are accurate. You will also be responsible for maintaining all financial records, processing company payroll, managing an open line of communication with the Operating Director for the locations in which you are assigned to.

Responsibilities and Duties
Process company payroll as a primary role in this position
Review financial transactions for accuracy and input transactions into the correct ledger
Handle all wage garnishment, adjustments, etc.
Handle all journal entries and review payroll notes
Reconcile bank accounts and other accounts
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent, degree in relevant field preferred
2+ years of bookkeeping experience; Payroll required
Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to clear required background check
Needs to be to attend a 3 week paid in-person training at our HQ in Waco.
