ManpowerGroup Payroll Integrations Developer in United States

Our client, a leading government‑focused technology services organization , is seeking a Payroll Integrations Developer to join their team. As a Payroll Integrations Developer , you will be part of the Integration Team supporting HR, Payroll, and internal system stakeholders . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills , excellent communication , and the ability to work independently in a remote environment , which will align successfully in the organization.

Remote (Support San Antonio–based project)

What’s the Job?

  • Develop integrations between Dayforce Payroll and internal/external systems using Boomi AtomSphere

  • Build import/export processes leveraging Dayforce tools and custom code

  • Participate in full integration lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support

  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing integration workflows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and secure data exchange

What’s Needed?

  • 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years of Boomi development

  • Advanced proficiency (P3) in Boomi AtomSphere integration

  • Intermediate-level skill (P2) in Java for custom scripting and logic

  • Basic (P1) understanding of HR/Payroll systems

  • US Citizen, Dual Citizen, or US Person with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
