ICONMA, LLC Non-Technical Project Manager – SAP CRM & ECC in United States
Our Client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Non-Technical Project Manager – SAP CRM & ECC for their Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives involving SAP CRM and ECC modules, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and align project goals with strategic objectives.
Coordinate with functional analysts, developers, and business process owners to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (CRM, ECC, SD, FI/CO, MM).
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Oversee documentation efforts including business process flows, training materials, and test scripts.
Support UAT planning and execution, including test script development, defect tracking, and resolution.
Ensure compliance with internal governance, legal, and IBC requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive change management and user adoption strategies in collaboration with business units.
Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on SAP CRM and ECC environments.
Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) and ECC integration points.
Experience in managing cutover activities, data conversion, and post-go-live support.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, MPP, and custom SharePoint applications.
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects is a plus.
