Job Summary :

MSP Recruiting Coordinators keep the talent pipeline full for some of TEKsystems' largest and most strategic customer relationships. This position plays a crucial role in maximizing engagement and response rates for our high-volume MSP Programs. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment while ensuring the highest level of service for our talent and customers.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Source candidates from ATS dashboard lists, internal databases, and other tools to identify talent that matches MSP customer requirements.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and skills verification.

  • Solicit and follow up on referrals to expand the candidate pool.

  • Collaborate daily with MSP Recruiters and Engagement Managers on sourcing and screening updates.

  • Track, maintain, and update candidate profiles in the ATS to improve efficiency and fill rates.

  • Achieve weekly performance metrics for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to MSP Recruiters.

Qualifications

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a corporate or professional customer services environment preferred (applicable experience could also come from HR, communications, operations, administration, legal support, payroll, or similar business and management functions)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

  • Customer service or recruitment-focused experience preferred

  • Experience collaborating in team-oriented, solution-based environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Associates' or Bachelors' degree preferred but not required

Job Information

  • This is an hourly position with an annual bonus opportunity.

  • This is a fully remote role. Employees will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US with reliable internet accessibility.

Compensation and Comprehensive Benefits Package:

Compensation: $22 - $24/hr with OT based on managerial approval + $1,500 annual bonus opportunity

This role is not eligible for COLA, commissions, contest, contest cash, the incentive trip, or IGP cash.
