ICONMA, LLC Mobile Support Engineer in United States

Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Mobile Support Engineer for their Richmond, VA location. Responsibilities:

  • Mobile Endpoint Specialists at client will perform a variety of tasks to ensure mobile devices are properly provisioned & deployed throughout the enterprise while working closely with mobile vendors & carriers to optimize and maintain corporate spend.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues or problems with device hardware and software

  • Optimize, analyze & manage cellular lines of service to include but not limited to, correcting charges for service plan, adding/removing lines of service and adjusting global plans as needed

  • Lead day to day enrollment/provisioning/monitoring of smartphones

  • Build, support and maintain the mobile device management environment including operational, security, and compliant device configurations supporting iOS & Android devices

  • Apply knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) across multiple mobile technologies, IT standards, and applications, while working closely with mobility vendors to resolve technical issues

  • Collaborate with internal partners and vendor teams as needed (e.g. help desk, architecture, information security, network, identity management)

  • Utilize ServiceNow for asset & incident management

  • Manage mobile devices in Workspace UEM

  • Use Excel & Google Sheets formulas for analyzing, recording, & reporting

    Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of experience with help desk & Level 2 (L2) support

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT asset management

  • At least 1 years of experience with Mobile device support

  • At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow

  • Bachelor's degree

  • ITIL Certification

  • 5+ years of experience with help desk & L2 support

  • 4+ years of experience in IT asset management

  • 4+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management support

  • 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow

  • Hands on Mobile Support Engineer with strong exp in supporting iOS & Android devices, Helpdesk / Desktop Support & excellent communications background

  • Incidents get in the queue and will support accordingly

  • Supporting mobile setting process, troubleshoot issues

  • Utilize Service Now

  • Support, working with the carriers like Verizon AT&T

  • Exp with Android & IOS support exp is a must

  • Mobile device management exp is required

  • ServiceNow / Similar background is required

  • Nice to have: Google Pixel

  • Soft Skills: Excellent Communications
