Overview
Tremend is looking for a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. You should be insightful, inquisitive, and naturally collaborative, with a strong desire to share ideas and opinions.
Your Impact:
Analyze user journeys, sales and marketing campaigns performance, cross-channel
Set-up web and mobile tracking, A/B tests, and reporting / dashboards
Translate and document comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements and specifications to drive solution design and delivery
Map current and future state processes, ensuring holistic understanding and optimization, identifying operational pain points and improvements
Champion effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Create test conditions, drive and participate in testing activities to validate requirements and ensure quality assurance and solution integrity
Provide hands-on support during project go-live and transition phases
Work closely with main Marketing, UX, PM and developer colleagues in order to ensure the collection of business requirements/needs, the backlog and roadmap creation and the analysis of the data collected.
Your Skills & Experience:
3-7 years of relevant experience in: Web / App Analytics, Customer Experience, Customer Behavior , A/B testing, Segmentation, Personalization, Martech
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach with solid commercial experience
Stakeholder management skills and clear communication
Experience with driving strategic programs is preferred.
Hands-on experience with: Google /Adobe Analytics (or similar), GTM (or similar), Marketing Automation tools, CDP, CRM, PowerBI (and / or other data visualization tools)
Understanding of key metrics and concepts that impact e-commerce and digital marketing e.g. performance marketing, customer journey management, personalization, funnel analysis, CLTV, online merchandising, SEO/ ASO/GEO, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, basket abandonment analysis and competitors benchmarking.
