Description:
Overview: Provide overall oversight, coordination, and governance for contract services and serve as the primary Agency point of contact.
Responsibilities
Coordinating service schedules
Overseeing incident escalation and communications
Ensuring compliance with SLAs, CONUS-only requirements, and Agency policies
Coordinating emergency and after-hours response
Tracking service performance
Facilitating status and service review meetings
Managing documentation and knowledge transfer
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum three (3) years of experience managing IT service delivery, operational support projects, or technology initiatives within a structured, production-oriented environment. Mainframe experience required; Adabas/Natural preferred
