ICONMA, LLC Logistics Industrial Engineer (PFEP) in United States
Our Client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Logistics Industrial Engineer (PFEP) for their Hayward, CA location. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) database, ensuring accurate and complete material attributes through consistent stakeholder engagement.
Ensure SAP material data accuracy and alignment with PFEP planning requirements.
Design efficient warehouse and lineside layouts that optimize material flow, storage capacity, and operational performance.
Partner cross-functionally during new product launches to ensure seamless logistics integration, material readiness, and inventory planning.
Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cost, increase efficiency, and support scalability.
Support shop floor execution by providing hands-on guidance, training, and problem-solving to drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations.
Familiarity with PFEP database development and maintenance.
Proven experience in warehouse design, material flow analysis, and supporting new product launches.
Experience working in ERP systems, ideally SAP.
Exposure to time studies, process mapping, or simulation tools.
Automotive, robotics, or advanced manufacturing industry experience
