The Lead QA Developer is the final gatekeeper for all code promoted to production. This role owns the end-to-end testing strategy and ensures that all deliverables align with business outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Strategy & Frameworks: Define the testing strategy and maintain automated test frameworks (unit, integration, regression, and system tests). • Quality Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, test coverage expectations, and release readiness criteria. • Early Intervention: Partner with architects and developers early in the design phase to embed testability into the solution. • Requirement Validation: Review requirements and designs to identify gaps or unarticulated business assumptions before development starts. • Root-Cause Analysis: Lead analysis of defects and drive continuous improvement of development and QA practices. Network Automation - Need candidate with Python, Django and Netbox experience and someone who understand fiber /telecom network architecture.
