ManpowerGroup IT Quality Assurance Analyst in United States

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance and financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Quality Assurance Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an IT Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality assurance, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: REMOTE

What's the Job?

  • Perform comprehensive software testing activities, including functional, black-box, and user acceptance testing.

  • Create, modify, and maintain test assets to ensure effective testing processes.

  • Participate in requirements reviews, design discussions, and testing review meetings to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Analyze product requirements and risks to determine testing scope and effort estimates, adjusting as needed.

  • Identify issues and defects, communicate findings to stakeholders, and support resolution efforts to enhance product quality.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience with software testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

  • Knowledge of data management, system interfaces, and security standards.

  • Proficiency in using testing tools, SQL queries, and data analysis packages like Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

  • Required skills:• Workday experience with Core HR / Payroll testing• Workday Implementation• Functional/ Manual testing knowledge (manual testing is the primary focus)• API testing• Building test plans, test strategy, test creation, System/Regression• Skilled in learning/using Application UIsPreferred skills and experiences:• Postman Experience• SQL tables/data - queries
