Responsibilities

  • Able to effectively integrate data, feedback, observations from a variety of sources across time to anticipate upcoming needs of teammates and leaders .

  • Successfully support s projects across functional teams from inception to delivery , partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and translating teammate experience and employee needs into solutions .

  • Serves as the main point of contact for teammate HR questions and queries (Tier 1-2) , resolving across HR functional lanes and processes. Anticipate s and respond s to teammate questions and resolve s teammate issues in a timely manner , adhering to SLA key performance indicators and quality standards, in turn delivering a positive teammate experience .

  • Manages HR cases and tickets using our ServiceNow CRMS, Human Capital Management System, and other technologies.

  • Processes transactions th at are repeatable and operational in nature as it relates to COE support and the teammate lifecycle.

  • Owns process documentation and SOP creation and maintenance for internal processes, tactical and repeatable work, and transactions.

  • S upports white glove , confidential, and high priority teammate queries and situations on an as needed basis.

  • Supports HR C OEs with knowledge management maintenance , processes, trainings, and ServiceNow cases with in-depth knowledge across HR functional lanes (Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Leaves, etc.)

  • E ffectively communicate s and escalate s complex issues across COEs and HR Business Partners . Leverages internal and external HR support resources to resolve issues. Identif ies and monitor trends which could impact the company .

  • Adheres to internal best practices and policies within case management and processes.

  • Actively identifies process improvement opportunities within HR Service Delivery and mobilizes execution on enhancements internal to the team .

  • Maintains confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

Requirement s :

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required and 1-3 years’ Human Resources experience.

  • PHR or SPHR prefer red ; PHR-CA or SPHR-CA a huge plus.

  • Working knowledge of all functional areas of Human Resources.

  • Experience in the ambulatory surgery center or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

  • Must have strong MS Office skills.

  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow, UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, iCIMS, and Oracle (preferred)

  • Ability to manage a significant workload and fast-paced flow of expected output. Comfortable with matrix and remote reporting relationships.

  • Self-starter who works collaboratively with other members of the client and Human Resources teams.
