IHG Housekeeping Supervisor 客房部主管 in United States
- 统筹管理客房部日常运营，包括客房清洁、布草管理、公共区域维护及服务质量监督；
- 制定并执行客房部排班计划、培训计划及绩效考核方案，指导和评估下属员工工作表现；
- 监督客房服务标准执行情况，及时处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，持续提升客户满意度；
- 负责客房物资盘点、成本控制及设备设施报修协调，确保运营合规、安全、高效；
配合酒店其他部门完成跨部门协作任务，落实酒店质量管理体系及安全管理制度要求。
大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
- 具备3年以上高星级酒店客房部主管或同等岗位工作经验，熟悉国际品牌酒店运营标准者优先；
- 熟练掌握客房服务流程、清洁标准、安全规范及基础房务管理系统操作；
- 具备良好的组织协调能力、团队管理能力及突发事件处理能力；
- 普通话流利，具备基础英语沟通能力，能阅读和理解英文操作指引；
- 遵守国家劳动法律法规，无违法违纪记录，身心健康，能适应轮班工作制。
