IHG Housekeeping Supervisor 客房部主管 in United States

  1. 统筹管理客房部日常运营,包括客房清洁、布草管理、公共区域维护及服务质量监督;
  2. 制定并执行客房部排班计划、培训计划及绩效考核方案,指导和评估下属员工工作表现;
  3. 监督客房服务标准执行情况,及时处理宾客投诉与特殊需求,持续提升客户满意度;
  4. 负责客房物资盘点、成本控制及设备设施报修协调,确保运营合规、安全、高效;
  5. 配合酒店其他部门完成跨部门协作任务,落实酒店质量管理体系及安全管理制度要求。

  6. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;

  7. 具备3年以上高星级酒店客房部主管或同等岗位工作经验,熟悉国际品牌酒店运营标准者优先;
  8. 熟练掌握客房服务流程、清洁标准、安全规范及基础房务管理系统操作;
  9. 具备良好的组织协调能力、团队管理能力及突发事件处理能力;
  10. 普通话流利,具备基础英语沟通能力,能阅读和理解英文操作指引;
  11. 遵守国家劳动法律法规,无违法违纪记录,身心健康,能适应轮班工作制。
