Job Description
The Client is to engage a Project Manager to oversee Azure DevOps (ADO) and MS Project (and/or Planner Premium, GMCB's current project management tool) usage; conduct general project management activities, including schedule and budget management; and ensure inter-team coordination.

Key Functions
Maintain delivery predictability, cross-team coherence, resource alignment, stakeholder communication workflows, and governance compliance using MS Project as the authoritative system for schedule, dependencies, and ADS EPMO-level reporting.
Owns planning, orchestration, governance, schedule, portfolio alignment, and executive-level communication using primarily MS Project. The PM ensures the program stays aligned and leverages Communications and Change Management resources to enable effective stakeholder engagement, management, communication, and change management.
Certification Requirements
PMP Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification
6 years experience
Healthcare experience
rural health or government experience preferred
