Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 total compensation (base + performance bonus)

We are seeking a General Manager to lead one of our family entertainment and restaurant operations, serving as both an operational leader and a local ambassador for the GreatLIFE brand.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who excels in high‑volume operations, team development, and community‑driven revenue growth. The ideal candidate understands how to combine great service, fun experiences, and strong local marketing to drive repeat visits.
You’ll run the business day‑to‑day — with the authority and support to grow it.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
Oversee all daily operations of the family entertainment center and restaurant
Recruit, train, schedule, and lead a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment
Maintain GreatLIFE standards for guest experience, safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Manage labor, inventory, food & beverage costs, and operational efficiency
Own financial performance, including P&L responsibility
Events, Programming & Revenue Growth
Drive birthday parties, group events, school, corporate, and community bookings
Develop engaging programs, promotions, and seasonal events
Collaborate with GreatLIFE leadership on pricing, packages, and growth initiatives
Create an environment that encourages repeat visits and memberships
Social Media & Local Marketing
Lead or directly manage Facebook, Instagram, and local digital marketing
Promote events, dining, and entertainment experiences
Build relationships with local schools, organizations, and partners
Track results and continuously improve marketing performance
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
3+ years as a General Manager, Restaurant GM, or senior hospitality leader
Experience in high‑volume food, entertainment, or multi‑department operations
Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive sales
Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills
Availability for nights, weekends, and peak operating hours
Preferred Experience
Family entertainment centers, event‑driven venues, or recreation concepts
Hands‑on experience with social media or local marketing
Party, event, or group sales experience
Alcohol service and safety compliance knowledge

Physical Demands
Stamina & Mobility: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, often the entire length of a shift (typically 8–10 hours), to supervise operations and assist on the floor.
Lifting & Carrying: Regularly required to lift and move items such as food crates, kegs, or equipment, potentially up to 50 lbs.
Agility & Movement: Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching (both overhead and at/below shoulder level) are necessary to inspect cleanliness, stock supplies, or maintain equipment.
Manual Dexterity: High level of hand-eye coordination for using kitchen equipment, handling tools, or operating computer systems.
