Our Client, a Medical Research company, is looking for a Executive Administrative Assistant for their Secaucus, NJ location. Responsibilities:

  • Executive calendar architecture and time optimization

  • Meeting preparation and follow-up execution

  • Decision-support briefs (distilling complexity into clarity)

  • Inbox triage and communication drafting

  • Strategic project coordination

  • Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements

  • Anticipating issues before they escalate

  • Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

    Requirements:

  • Business operations, consulting, startup, military leadership, or high-performance hospitality

  • 2–6 years of high-accountability experience

  • Evidence of upward trajectory

  • Exceptional written communication

  • Direct exposure to executive decision-making

  • Rapid professional growth

  • Clear performance feedback

  • Increasing responsibility based on performance
