Our Client, a Medical Research company, is looking for a Executive Administrative Assistant for their Secaucus, NJ location. Responsibilities:
Executive calendar architecture and time optimization
Meeting preparation and follow-up execution
Decision-support briefs (distilling complexity into clarity)
Inbox triage and communication drafting
Strategic project coordination
Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements
Anticipating issues before they escalate
Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Requirements:
Business operations, consulting, startup, military leadership, or high-performance hospitality
2–6 years of high-accountability experience
Evidence of upward trajectory
Exceptional written communication
Direct exposure to executive decision-making
Rapid professional growth
Clear performance feedback
Increasing responsibility based on performance
