The Engineering Intern will be responsible for supporting the Engineering team on new design and system improvement projects as well as engineering changes. The intern will interact with product engineering, manufacturing, and quality team functions as needed. The Engineering Intern will be working at Parker Hannifin’s Holly Springs, MS facility under the Engine Mobile Original Equipment Division.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lab testing of circuits, boards, eletromechanical assemblies to validate product to internal and external specifications.
Troubleshoot and debug issues.
Research and provide alternate solutions for supply chain or obsolescence issues.
Generate reports from lab testing and requested analyses.
Provide technical support for existing product lines and assist in development of new products.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
Experience with Microsoft Office software or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills including specification writing
