Your responsibilities
Lead the Quality Management Team and its activities within the Division
Communicate customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance and customer satisfaction
Oversee the effective documentation and implementation of the quality management system to assure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements and all set standards
Develop and implement the Division Quality strategy in consultation with the related departments
Support of local plants in case of customer, supplier, or internal escalations
Responsible for Supplier Quality Management in the Division, incl. qualification and serial management of suppliers/parts in collaboration with Supply Chain Management (PPAP, APQP)
Who we are looking for
University Degree (or international equivalent) with good working knowledge of engineering principles
3+ years working in a senior Quality role, ideally in manufacturing with major OEM customers
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as being able to drive projects forward & create results
Innovative, embraces lean enterprises principles and practices
6 or more years of experience in Quality or Engineering, with at least 3 or more years of experience in a leadership role
Previous work experience ideally includes experience with quality improvement tools and techniques (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis); appropriate certifications in Quality relative to the level of responsability.
