ManpowerGroup Cyber Security Specialist 2 in United States
Our client, a leader in cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist 2 to join their team. As a Cyber Security Specialist 2, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Department supporting security operations and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Identify and resolve highly complex cybersecurity issues to prevent cyber attacks on information systems
Design, install, and manage security mechanisms to protect networks and information systems against threats
Respond to security incidents, investigate violations, and recommend improvements to security protocols
Support security control implementation and evidence collection for RMF steps
Assist in automation tool usage for compliance and risk scoring; maintain system security plans and POA&Ms
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
Experience with security frameworks, incident response, and risk management
Knowledge of security control implementation and continuous monitoring activities
Ability to support automation tools and maintain security documentation
