Titles: Computer Support Specialists Duration: Contract Location: Syracuse, NY (10004) Shift Timings: Mon-Fri Pay: USD 20/hr – USD 24/hr Position summary: Administrative support professional responsible for answering phones, data entry, reviewing forms for accuracy, and distributing and scanning documents. Assists with video recording and editing tasks and supports social media-related activities as needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones. Input data on computer, reviewing forms for accuracy and/or appropriateness.

  • Picking up and distributing material to various areas, e.g. mail, printer or scanner output.

  • Scanning documents; copying or faxing material as directed.

  • Video editing.

  • Familiarity with Social Media websites.

  • Some familiarity with video recording devices.
