About the role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for operating Citizen Swiss CNC lathes to manufacture precision components. This individual will have strong technical knowledge of CNC lathes, the fundamentals of machining, familiarity with metal cutting tools, and the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
Compensation: $20-$27
What you will be doing
Interpret engineering blueprints and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Perform test runs to ensure that CNC programs are accurate and meet quality standards.
Optimize machining processes to improve quality, reduce cycle times, cut tooling costs, and simplify set-ups.
Observe machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications and adjust as needed.
Inspect finished products to validate conformance to quality.
Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Run daily production, weight count parts, PM CNC equipment, keep a neat and organized work area.
