Our Client, a Mortgage and Real Estate Services company, is looking for a Closer for their Remote location. Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the entire real estate closing process, including compliance with, lender instructions, balancing closing instructions, communication with the lender, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions
Balance, schedule, compile closing documents with lender and title packages
Understands how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through own work
Recognizes and solves atypical problems that occur infrequently
Evaluates and selects solutions from existing precedents or procedures
Communicates and explains complex information, including interdependence within the team and others
Works under limited supervision, exercises time management, while meeting the goals and tasks assigned of all integrated workflow from the lender in a timely manner.
Individual contributor acting as a resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities
Performs all other duties as assigned by management
