Assistant Manager - Existing Installation
Your main responsibilities
Lead and direct a team of technical experts, ensuring that elevators, escalators, and moving walks are installed and upgraded to the highest technical standards and regulatory requirements, optimizing functionality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Provide in-depth technical guidance on-site to resolve complex issues, coordinating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely resolution and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Oversee and conduct thorough inspections and testing of installations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and identifying areas for continuous improvement, thereby reducing the likelihood of future issues.
Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment by regularly engaging with team members, facilitating effective communication and the dissemination of technical knowledge and best practices.
Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure projects are executed smoothly, meeting all contractual and regulatory obligations and financial steering.
Represent the company in technical discussions with clients and partners, demonstrating deep expertise and ensuring the company's standards and values are upheld.
What you bring
Qualification: Diploma / B.E
Professional Experience :
7 - 12 years experience in elevator or similar industry
Exposure to the Service Business
Managed “Service” operations for a systems-driven company for at least 2 years.
