Assistant Manager - Existing Installation

Your main responsibilities

Lead and direct a team of technical experts, ensuring that elevators, escalators, and moving walks are installed and upgraded to the highest technical standards and regulatory requirements, optimizing functionality and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • Provide in-depth technical guidance on-site to resolve complex issues, coordinating closely with engineers and project managers to ensure timely resolution and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Oversee and conduct thorough inspections and testing of installations and upgrades, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and identifying areas for continuous improvement, thereby reducing the likelihood of future issues.

  • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment by regularly engaging with team members, facilitating effective communication and the dissemination of technical knowledge and best practices.

  • Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure projects are executed smoothly, meeting all contractual and regulatory obligations and financial steering.

  • Represent the company in technical discussions with clients and partners, demonstrating deep expertise and ensuring the company's standards and values are upheld.

What you bring

Qualification: Diploma / B.E

Professional Experience :

  • 7 - 12 years experience in elevator or similar industry

  • Exposure to the Service Business

  • Managed “Service” operations for a systems-driven company for at least 2 years.
