UL, LLC Senior Billing Specialist in Taiwan
Performs daily operational duties sush as tax invoice issuance and adjustment activities
Perform monthly accounting duties such as preparation of various transactional and financial reports
Compiles data in Microsoft Excel and utilize Oracle to export data for various reports.
Assists internal countarts such as sales, customer care, O2C, A2R in providing invoices or invoice adjustments
Communicates with internal and external clients in order to obtain, exchange or provide necessary information as it regards to accounts receivable.
Assist in the closing process for accounts receivable and verify that all invoices have been completed.
Researches invoice questions received from internal and external clients.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.
Taiwan billing activities
Two to five years directly related work experience. Experience in Taiwan tax invoice is a must
Demonstrated ability to handle tax invoicing and tax filing activities with little supervision
Fair in reading and writing English
Demonstrated skills in MS Excel
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable procedures and processes
