? Location: Amata Nakorn – Phase 10, Phan Thong, Chonburi

What You’ll Do

As our CHB Q&FS Technologist , your key responsibilities will include:

Drive Q&FS Excellence – Implement and continuously improve Mars Quality Management Process (QMP) and global Q&FS standards to ensure product safety and quality
Lead Food Safety Programs – Act as Food Safety Team Leader, managing HACCP programs, verification plans, and site compliance through internal and external audits
Manage Incidents & Compliance – Own or support PRIMP incidents, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective/preventative actions, and product disposition
Collaborate & Influence – Partner with regional and site teams to deploy standards, monitor KPIs, and build strong food safety capabilities across the organization

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

Relevant Experience – Background in food safety, quality systems, and HACCP program implementation within manufacturing or FMCG
Key Skills – Strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and auditing experience with a passion for quality and food safety
Soft Skills – Effective communication, collaboration, and ability to influence stakeholders across functions
Qualifications – Degree in Food Science or related field; HACCP and Lead Auditor certification preferred
