Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security, risk management, or law enforcement, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of security operations, incident management, and crisis response
Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
Ability to conduct risk assessments and investigations
Good understanding of local laws and compliance requirements related to safety and security
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with cross-functional and regional teams
Proficiency in English; local language proficiency is an advantage
High integrity, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills
