Cornerstone OnDemand Senior Solution Consultant in Sweden
We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join a world-class Solution Consulting team, working closely with Cornerstone’s Sales and Account Management functions. The goal is to attract new customers, as well as to retain and expand existing customer relationships by matching our solutions to customer’s business needs. It is essential that each Solution Consultant is current on industry and product knowledge.
A Senior Solution Consultant is expected to develop excellent relationships with Sales, Solution Specialist, Product and Delivery teams to ensure the best possible customer experiences and outcomes.
In this role you will:
Demonstrate product functionality and clearly connect our value proposition to customer objectives
Assist in aligning client's needs, goals, and objectives
Understand clients' business environments
Verbally and accurately communicate simple and complex solutions
Transition accounts and communicate business requirements to project/implementation teams
Stay aware of competitors' solutions and be able to position effectively against them
Assist with RFP’s/RFI’s/RFQ’s
Communicate with the Solution Consultant team regarding best practices
Demonstrate strong Project Management and Consultative practices
The ideal candidate would have the below attributes:
5+ years Solution Consulting experience
Knowledge and experience with Cornerstone solutions
3+ Experience in a SAAS software company with a focus on Learning, Performance, HCM or Recruiting and Strategic Workforce Planning
Desired Skills: Effective Communication, Solution/Consultative Selling, Team Player, Accountability, Customer Engagement, Learning/Talent/HRIS Management Systems Knowledge, Project Management
Highly developed presentation and product demonstration skills
Strong relationship-building expertise
Proven experience of translating product functionality into client value
Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, presentation, time management and organizational skills
A deep respect for teamwork and collaboration, with the ability to work with a geographically dispersed team
Open and responsive to delivering and receiving feedback
Positive, confident and adaptable approach during client meetings
Experience of incorporating efficiencies gained from AI tools into their everyday activities
