Kuehne+Nagel ONE Customs Entry Support Specialist in Serbia

The ONE Customs Entry Road Support Team ensures accurate and compliant customs declarations for import, export, and transit operations, while providing specialized support in areas such as origin documentation, invoicing, and key account assistance. Operating across Luxembourg, Cebu, and Serbia, the team collaborates closely to ensure service continuity, harmonized customs processes, and reliable support. The role includes work on Sundays during certain periods, as well as work on Luxembourg public holidays.

How you create impact

  • Prepare and submit compliant customs declarations for import, export, and transit

  • Handle daily customs operations via email and Jira Service Management

  • Issue and verify origin documents (EUR.1, A.TR, certificates of origin)

  • Prepare client invoices and manage cost invoicing

  • Provide dedicated customs support for Apple business, including coverage on Sundays and Luxembourg public holidays when required

  • Ensure service continuity by providing operational backup to teams in Luxembourg and GS Cebu

  • Contribute to standardized customs processes by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues

What we would like you to bring

  • English proficiency

  • High school diploma or higher

  • 1–3 years of operational or logistics experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong knowledge of and compliance with customs legislation and regulatory requirements

  • Ownership, reliability, and accountability

  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards

  • Proactive and structured approach to problem solving

  • Clear and professional communication via email and Jira Service Management

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, workload peaks, and cross‑country backup needs

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on best‑practice sharing and process alignment
