Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Specialist (Staff Augmentation) to drive new logo acquisition and new business growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on, hunter-style sales professional with experience selling IT / tech staffing or professional services in a small to mid-sized agency environment.
You will operate as a GM-style individual contributor, owning the full sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure - while working closely with delivery and recruitment teams to scale revenue through staff augmentation and contract hiring models.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new logo acquisition across tech, enterprise, and scaling organisations
Sell staff augmentation / contract hiring solutions using a parked payroll model
Own end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, qualification, solutioning, commercial negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent deal momentum
Work closely with recruiters to align client demand with talent supply
Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities within new and existing clients
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and decision-makers
Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts accurately
Represent the business professionally in client meetings and negotiations
Requirements & Experience
3–4 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in:
Staff augmentation / IT staffing
Recruitment agency sales
Professional services or contract workforce solutions
Proven success in new business development / hunter roles
Experience working in small agencies or lean sales environments preferred
Strong understanding of contract staffing, payroll models, and margins
Comfortable working independently with ownership and accountability
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-based role
