As the brand ambassador of Tiffany & Co., your main mission is support of all Retail Operations related functions across stores for Singapore and providing support to the Retail Excellence Director, Singapore
You will nurture and develop the store-based support community to continuously improve and achieve operational excellence with high levels of initiative and proactivity.
Showcasing the Tiffany Touch
You will partner with Store Managers and work with the Operations Executive to be accountable for effective operations, stock management and transfers movements, including cycle counts and inventories; support with various payment processes and security (omnichannel, service, cash, etc.),
You will also drive market audit compliance with Audit teams,
Ensure accurate Physical Inventory (PI) to be carried out within all stores including scheduling, vendor relations, training, coordination and share the results with Zone/Market Leadership,
On-board, train and animate store operations team members centered on the belief that People Make the Difference,
