Emerson Product Manager, Mag & Vortex in Singapore
Job Summary

You will play a critical role in aligning product offerings, sales campaigns, and value creation actions to deliver sustainable business results.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Product and Portfolio Management
Manage product line financial targets by monitoring volume, price, and discount trends, and implementing price programs to deliver margin goals.
Engage with customers to support technical conversations and inform product roadmaps, understanding and tailoring product offering to industry needs, target applications and personas
Ensure system readiness for new product introductions (approvals, price lists, databases, model codes), keeping them evergreen and managing product obsolescence.
Conduct ongoing market assessments, evaluating growth dynamics, product tiering, and competitor behavior to adapt positioning and investment strategies.
Serve as the primary interface between the World Area and Product Group HQ, collaborating on product roadmaps, tiering, and New Product Development (NPD).
Growth Model Design for the WA Portfolio
Translate strategic imperatives into a cohesive growth plan (“growth bridge”) that addresses market growth, pricing, and differential gains with Value Creation Actions.
Map product-specific Value Creation Actions into each industry growth plan, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall strategic targets.
Sales Campaign Definition and Development
Define product value drivers, pricing, and tiering strategies for all Sales Campaigns needed to deliver the target, engaging with Market Segment Leaders and Marketing.
Provide input for the creation of campaign playbooks (Sales, Marketing, Training), owning the completeness and relevance of the Training Playbook.
Sales Campaign Deployment
Deploy the Training Playbook and conduct any additional required training sessions for the sales channel,
Support deeper technical conversations, adjusting value propositions if campaign results fall short of expectations, due to the product value driver
Coordinate the activities of country Business Development Managers to ensure proper sales campaign execution.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering required with experience in business/strategy development preferred.
Strong organizational, communication - written, oral and presentation skills.
Solid interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel.
Ability to travel throughout Asia Pacific region 30% of the time (when normalcy resumes).
