  • Executing grid curation: product ordering, inclusion/exclusion rules, and category hygiene (correct placement, duplication checks, missing products)

  • Coordinating and validating product badges/labels (e.g., New, Best Seller, Limited) where applicable

  • Supporting on-site search and browse experience improvements (basic query rules, synonyms suggestions, zero-results monitoring) in partnership with relevant teams/tools

  • Monitoring and escalating product data/content issues impacting merchandising (titles, imagery, pricing display, availability messaging)

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign priorities are reflected in on-site assortment & stock

  • Report on product and category performance (views, add-to-carts, conversions, etc.)

Project Support

  • Set up initial content & merchandising in a timely manner

  • Coordinate translation with global and local teams

  • Identify site and digital product defects; document issues clearly and support IT testing/validation of fixes.
