IHG Junior Sous Chef in Saudi Arabia
Experience in Oriental cuisine preferred
Minimum 1 years of experience in a same role
Basic knowledge of food cost and kitchen operations
Good understanding of à la carte service
Ability to support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Strong willingness to learn and grow within the team
Good communication and teamwork skills
