Conduent Medical Information Specialist with Italian and English (Maternity Leave Replacement) in Romania

_This role focuses on customer service and support in the medical field, providing specific information on healthcare products and services. _

_Responsibilities: _
Managing all customer inquiries to a successful resolution;
Providing product and disease state information covering both on and off label information within the guidelines of Standard Responses;
Providing world-class customer service and immediate resolution to inquiries at the point of customer contact;
Effectively and consistently communicating messages, timely product information and/or specific offers to physicians, health care staff and/or consumers via outbound tele-service;
Evaluating and escalating calls appropriately;
Responding to non-phone customer inquiries (e.g., e-mail, fax);
Complying with all industry regulations including adverse event and product quality processes;
Managing all assigned project work in a timely manner;
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product, medical, disease and industry information;
Obtaining pertinent customer information and record customer interactions in appropriate systems;
Communicating customer calls, issues, trends, programs, and solutions;
Interacting with team members to manage a broad number of products, medical and business issues and share best practices.
Qualifications: _ _
Excellent language skills (B2 upwards - Italian and English);
Previous experience in a call center environment;
Experience providing medical information and customer service to healthcare professionals over the phone;
Demonstrated competency using information technology, computers and databases;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to multitask;
Problem solving and decision-making skills;
Time management skills;
Interpersonal skills;
Organizational skills;
Team-oriented.
_Education: _
University graduate + 3 years of training (university, apprenticeship, vocational training) or 2 + years into life science degree.
3 years of training in life science would be a plus .
