SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
Education
- University degree in Technical or Economic studies
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably with large-volume clients

Knowledge of relevant industry legislation
Valid driver’s license
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sales Growth & Account Development
Increase sales volumes through existing and new clients by maximizing the potential of Carmeuse products and services.
Manage and enhance the current client portfolio while developing new accounts in line with the approved commercial plan.
Recommend, implement, and oversee sales growth strategies and policies.
· Profitability & Pricing
Monitor and ensure acceptable profitability for each client in the assigned region.
Implement and manage pricing policies effectively.
· Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and key stakeholders at local and global levels.
Identify client needs and ensure Carmeuse products meet those requirements.
Maintain regular contact with clients via calls and visits, fostering long-term partnerships.
· Promotion & Marketing
Promote Carmeuse products, demonstrating their advantages and providing technical support for new product adoption.
Represent the company through brochures, advertisements, technical sheets, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Organize seminars, public presentations, and training sessions to strengthen brand visibility.
· Operational Excellence
Prepare documentation for public tenders and ensure compliance with requirements.
Collaborate closely with Customer Services & Supply Solutions to guarantee timely and quality deliveries.
Monitor client orders and ensure smooth execution of contracts.
Provide accurate information to clients regarding offers, prices, delivery terms, stock availability, and technical solutions.
· Market & Competition Monitoring
Continuously monitor competitors’ products, prices, and strategies, implementing countermeasures when needed.
Conduct market research and propose adjustments to sales strategies to achieve optimal results.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Plant Directors to align client needs with technical and production capabilities.
Actively participate in cross-functional team (CFT) meetings and contribute to development plans for the assigned market sector.
Support Carmeuse initiatives by sharing technical and commercial expertise and delivering training when required.
· Quality & Customer Satisfaction
Report client complaints regarding quality or quantity issues to the Commercial Director.
Participate in investigations of complaints and propose solutions in collaboration with Quality, Commercial, and Plant Directors.
Consult the customer complaints database and ensure proper resolution.
· Business Accountability
Take responsibility for all business parameters in the assigned domain (sales volumes, pricing, outstanding receivables).
Ensure high levels of technical and commercial expertise to support clients effectively.
Contribute to operational planning, annual budgets, and forecasts.
