UL, LLC Technical Sales Engineer, PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) in Poland
UL Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to support and grow our Printed Circuit Board (PCB) business across the European market. This role blends deep technical understanding with strong commercial drive, customer engagement, and market development. You will play a key part in shaping our product positioning, building relationships, and driving long‑term, sustainable growth for CMIT.
We are seeking an individual with a technical background, ideally gained within the TIC industry and has knowledge of PCB manufacturing, electronic components. Alongside this, you'll possess a strong commercial sales mindset with a focus on driving new business.
Sales & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and lead product‑related sales initiatives across Europe.
Partner with Account Ownership teams to support and close complex technical sales opportunities.
Develop and deliver compelling technical sales proposals and system solutions that meet customer needs.
Prepare commercial offers in collaboration with the Sales team, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners to strengthen product penetration and customer loyalty.
Market & Customer Engagement
Participate in trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Provide technical support and product expertise on PCB solutions to both the sales organization and key customers.
Communicate the value proposition of UL’s products and services effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Operational & Compliance
Track and analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and report insights to management.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UL products, services, and internal processes.
Read and adhere to the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Technical background in Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related field.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Experience in the PWB/PCB manufacturing industry, electronic components, or related industries is highly advantageous.
You should have knowledge of PCB industry standards
General knowledge of company policies and sales processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects to achieve defined objectives.
Recognized expertise in relevant products/services by peers, customers, or industry networks.
Willingness to undertake significant business travel across Europe.
Strong commercial mindset paired with solid technical understanding.
Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus (German, Polish, Italian)
