As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading end-to-end program planning and execution for major AI platform initiatives, which includes defining technical roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Driving cross-functional alignment on priorities, timelines, and resources, and ensuring cross-functional activities and deliverables complete on time and within scope.
Overseeing the Product Development Process and entire software development lifecycle, including release phases, for AI products and solutions.
Leveraging technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, and managing programs from concept to market, including planning, risk, and schedule management.
Establishing program metrics, monitoring progress, communicating updates to senior leaders, and offering guidance while mentoring team members informally.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have extensive experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure engineering or AI/ML
Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed
Inspire people at all levels of the organization without authority
Demonstrate ability in change management and transformation processes
Have significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies
Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross-functional teams
Thrive in a fast paced environment having to manage high visibility, time sensitive, large scale complex programs.
